Crossfeed - Headphones With A Sense Of Space

I've been wanting a proper crossfeed stage in Zenteek since the first day I started the project. Tonight it finally landed. There are four presets in Output Tools covering different speaker geometries, plus an adjustable speaker angle so you can dial in the exact imaging you want. The effect is real - music mixed for speakers stops feeling so hard-panned on headphones, the stereo field collapses in a pleasant way that matches how you'd actually listen in a room.

There was also an annoying bug to fix: switching between sample rates in shared mode could halt playback. The reproduction was ugly and the root cause was a timing issue in how CoreAudio was being handed the new format. Fixed, tested on a bunch of rates, and now rate changes are seamless.
